Brisbane home gym install pricing in 2026 is genuinely transparent — at least at our end of the market. Here's what to expect for every common item, what drives the price up or down, and the multi-item discount maths.
Indicative install bands (excl. GST)
These are real pricing bands we quote in 2026. The lower end is residential gear in a flat-floor garage; the upper end is commercial-grade in upstairs rooms with stairs.

What pushes the price up
- Stairs (especially internal turns and tight landings)
- Apartments with lift bookings
- Bolt-down into atypical substrates (tile, polished concrete, suspended slab)
- Two-installer + extra hand for the heaviest commercial cardio
- Travel outside our 15km service zone (we decline)
Multi-item discount
Bundle two or more items in one visit and the multi-item discount applies — typically 10–20% off the per-item subtotal. The discount comes from the saved travel + setup overhead, not corner-cutting on the install itself.
What's included in the price
- Two-installer crew on site
- Floor protection during install
- Assembly to manufacturer specification
- Bolt-down where required (correct anchor for your slab)
- Cable tensioning, console pairing, levelling
- Wet-test under load before sign-off
- Packaging removal on request
- Walk-through and orientation
What's NOT included
- The equipment itself — you buy that
- Electrical work or new circuits (we co-ordinate with a licensed sparky if needed)
- Plumbing, structural alterations, drywall repair
- Repairs to faulty equipment (manufacturer's job)
- Disassembly or relocation
