Yes. We carry stair-climber trolleys and can safely move treadmills up to 220kg up internal stairs with two installers. We confirm stair widths and landings before booking.
No. We're a new-install specialist. If your treadmill is faulty, contact the retailer or manufacturer for warranty service.
