No. We install equipment you've already bought from a shop or online. The equipment must be at your home before we arrive.
No. We are a new-install specialist. If your equipment is faulty, contact the retailer or manufacturer.
No. We don't disassemble or relocate. New installs only.

Yes — for access, for a final walk-through, and so we can talk you through what we've done.
Yes. Every install is guaranteed to be completed exactly as the manufacturer specifies, using the correct tools, torques, and procedures. We don't warrant the equipment itself — that's the manufacturer's warranty.
Yes — fully insured for public liability. Certificate available on request.
On request and where possible, yes. We'll take cardboard and foam to a recycling point.
Yes, for concrete slabs and reinforced timber floors, where structurally appropriate. We'll advise on the day.
Yes. We do interlocking rubber tiles and rolled rubber flooring. We measure, cut, and finish.
Yes. We use stud-finders and the appropriate fixings for the wall type. Quoted separately.
Only where the original manufacturer instructions are available. Otherwise we decline for safety.
